Hi HOC Team and Carie,

 

I want to thank you so much for the fabulous experience!  As I told Carie, I felt like my previous stylist treated me like a chair filler, and forgot about me on multiple occasions.  I decided to try a new stylist after 4 years of going to the same place.  My friend suggested that I try HOC, so on a whim, I decided to go for it.

 

When I called to make my first appointment with Carie, Ashley Roberts was patient with me when trying to pinpoint an appointment with my crazy schedule and Carie's availabilty.  I was actually quite surprised with how soon I could get in, and I was even more surprised when I could get in on a Friday evening!

 

When I got in, Carie was ready for me, and we went straight back to the chair and got started.  I appreciated how she listened to my concerns and wishes and made suggestions for different things she could do for my color.  She was quick and efficient with the color, especially with how much hair I have.  When it was time to wash and rinse my hair, I wasn't expecting the awesome head massage!  I think I about fell asleep. :)  Carie did an amazing job.

 

I have not ever had my hair cut dry, but after the fabulous job that Carie did, I am sold on it!  She took care of the "bowl-ish" top layer that my previous hairstylist did and cut the layers so that they would blend better with my whole haircut. 

 

Carie was friendly and pleasant throughout the whole appointment.  I felt comfortable working with her, and valued her opinon and suggests. 

 

I know I went on and on about my appointment, but I wanted to let you know how amazing Carie is and the wonderful experience I had coming to HOC.  I will definately come back and suggest to anyone to go there too!
